We have a few rules we’d like you to know. We realize rules are boring, but we’d really appreciate if you could take a quick read. Enjoy Yourselves! Take advantage of the peaceful setting by lounging on the deck, reading a good book, or simply enjoying the sound of the lake. This guide will provide many restaurants and attractions in the area. It will also provide information about the house and the area in general. Fun in the Water Water activities can be a lot of fun, but it's important to prioritize safety to avoid accidents or injuries. Whether you're swimming, boating, or playing in other water, we encourage you to always wear a life jacket and ensure that you and others in your group are safe Make sure the life jacket you choose is appropriate for you size and weight. Stay aware of the surroundings, and be mindful of underwater hazards like rocks or branches. Guest Count Please ensure the total guest count matches your booking. If there are more guests than what you have booked, you will not be covered under Airbnb Insurance. This is bad for everyone! Lights & Heating It is appreciated if you could turn off all lights and set the temperature to 72° when you leave the home for an extended period of time each day and upon check out. The thermostat can be found in the living room on the wall opposite the fireplace. Check Out at 11 am Our cleaner arrives shortly after 11 am to clean the house for the next guests. We cannot stop her. She is a cleaning machine! Check Out Procedures Please leave the home in the condition you found it. Take the trash out to the garbage cans located outside. Dispose of or take any cans and bottles. Put any remaining dirty dishes in the dishwasher, and start it before you leave. Take used bed sheets off the beds, and leave them in a pile on the bedroom floor. Place all used towels on top of the washer/dryer in the lower level. Return toys, games, life jackets, etc. where you found them. Fire Pit & BBQ Grill We encourage you to use the firepit for beautiful nighttime fun like cooking smores or telling spooky stories. The grill is great for those burger, hot dogs, and chicken dinners. Don’t forget the grilled veggies too! Please do not leave the fire or grill unattended, and make sure any fire is fully extinguished before heading to sleep or leaving the house. Water from the lake works great. Also ensure the gas grill is cleaned, turned off, and the gas shut off at the tank. “Oops, it broke” We understand that accidents happen. We ask that you notify us when something breaks. This will give an opportunity to get it fixed for you and the next guest. Please contact Airbnb regarding the damage as well. Damage could be covered by AirCover Insurance. Plumbing Our plumbing and the septic system can be delicate. Please do not put wipes in the toilet. Dispose of wipes in the garbage. Bath and Beach Towels Towels are provided for your convenience. Please only use the bath towels inside and the beach towels outside. This helps to keep our towels in tip top shape.

Guests have full access to the entire home across both levels, including all three bedrooms, three full bathrooms, the main living and dining areas. Outside, the property is yours to enjoy — the private beach, upper and lower decks, fire pit, BBQ grill, and private dock are all available for your use throughout your stay.
